Consequently, there is no morality that is outside of or beyond regulation. However, there is law that has not yet become morality, with the digital world, being relatively new, offering us a suitable opportunity to witness this procedure (see, for example, data privacy legislation, which is most likely on this path after more than 50 years of implementation).
