In the vast majority of cases (and this is true for the analysis in the remainder of this chapter), a Thing will be created in this manner (see §03.00.04. However, it can also be the case that another Being (an organisation or an artificial Being) can be created in this way too (see §02.00.06; on the state, see §09.00.01)—these, nevertheless, cannot be dematerialised in the way described below.
