Importantly, however, this purpose given to non-biological beings is, in fact, unattainable. It is deliberately an open-ended, perpetual purpose, formed in general rather than specific terms, meaning that, in practice, the purpose of non-biological Beings can never be fulfilled (this is also true of the needs of biological Beings, see §05.00.10).
